These works are fully protected under the Copyright Act of Canada and international copyright treaties.
The purchase of an original physical piece or a printed reproduction does not transfer the copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial licensing rights to the buyer. Mutant101 Creative Inc. retains all rights to the artwork.

3. Permitted and Prohibited Use
I welcome the sharing of my work for inspiration, provided it is done respectfully and legally.
Permitted Use (Personal & Social):
Sharing images on social media platforms, provided that Mutant 101® is explicitly credited and tagged in the immediate caption.
Using images for personal, non-commercial inspiration boards (e.g., Pinterest).
Prohibited Use (Without Prior Written Consent):
Downloading, copying, or reproducing any artwork for commercial use, merchandise, or promotional materials.
Altering, cropping, color-shifting, or modifying the artwork in any way.
Using the artwork in any AI (Artificial Intelligence) training datasets, machine learning algorithms, or generative image software.
Minting any artwork as an NFT (Non-Fungible Token) or associating it with blockchain technology.
4. Commercial Licensing & Client Work
Certain pieces displayed in the "Client Work" or "Key Art" galleries feature intellectual property (such as film titles, character likenesses, and studio logos) owned by their respective copyright holders (e.g., film studios, production companies, or marketing agencies). These specific works are displayed solely for portfolio purposes to demonstrate professional capabilities and past commissions.
If you are a commercial entity, publisher, or agency wishing to license existing personal artwork or commission new illustration work, a formal licensing agreement must be executed.
